Maybe glogster isn't familiar than facebook, twitter or other sites.Glogster is a social network that allows users to create free interactive posters, or glogs. The glog, short for graphical blog, is an interactive multimedia image.  But glogster is one of sites that have a lot of interesting thing. by glogster we can make our own poster for fun or for education as I made. In my TLL class we use glogster for web 2.0 project. we use it for making assessment or doing some teching-learning activities via online. But, it's a bit difficult if the student couldn't understand how to use glogster and applied it in learning. So, glogster is the alternative source for us to give information about English but we should to understand it first.

This post about my experience in my senior high school that I'd observe 3 days ago. I observed about the tecnology that used for learning. When I observed, I found some modern technology is more than what I saw and experienced before. 
When I learnt there 4 years ago, the school only provides less of computer unit and there're no internet access to support our learning. The teacher also taught by using traditional technologies such as text book, white-board, and so on. But different from 3-4 years ago, now my school used ICT to teaching-learning activity in school. The school provides some computer untis with internet access to support their students learning and the teacher taught their student by ICT based learning (sometimes). When I asked question to some students who school in SMAN1Ciomas, they mostly said that it's easier when they learn by using something different and new for them than they learning-that's all. They need some difference style of learning and used some modern technology.
But my school had not been able to facilitate the language laboratory for English and Bahasa course because of cost limitation. I just can hope that my school can provides the language laboratory to improve their Eb\nglish skills. Thank you

    What's on your mind if you heard about internet? Facebook? twitter? or download everything's freely? Actually internet is the global system of of interconnected computer networks that use the standard Internet Protocol Suite (TCP/IP) to serve billions of users worldwide. By using internet you can browse anythings you want and you need. You can download, chatting, or also you can increase your English skills by using internet.
    In this case, I'll give you the different side of using internet. As I told before, we can use internet to improve our language skills especially English. You don't have to go to educational sites to "blow" up your English skill but you can found it by chatting, watching videos, listen to music online or if want you can also visit the online dictionary site. You don't believe it? I'll tell you some facts.
     First: Chatting --> you can increase your English language skills by someone foreign. You can talk to he/she with English of course. The most popular sites which provides chatting is Facebook, Yahoo! Messenger, Twitter, etc.
    Second: Watching video online --> the second way to increase you language skills is by watching video online. Yo can watch and listen the video (in English language) and absorb the knowledge in language, The sites which provides it is YouTube, Metacafe, Dailymotion, etc.
    Third: online dictionary --> this is the alternative way to you to increase your English skills. Visit some online dictionary sites can help you to know more about English Language. Oxford Dictionary online & Merriam Webster is the most popular dictionary online sites.

    Handphone or Mobile phone is so popular today. almost people from all circles use mobile phone for their daily activity from young people to old people use it. The use of mobile phone it self is so predigious. Starts from SMS (Short Message Service), to communicate, browsing internet, mobile games and for learning. 
    Mobile phone can use for learning, this evidenced by many students use mobile phone in school. Students said that it's easier when they use mobile phone to share their assessment from teacher by calling or SMS. Besides SMS to share assessment and assignment from teacher, student can also use mobile internet to browse the sites based from education or download mobile application for their learning. The most usable site that student use is Google and Wikipedia. from Google and Wikipedia, they can search some resources to complete their assessment in school. And mobile dictionary is application that students download. By using mobile dictionary, they feel easier and don't have to bother to bring manual dictionary in English course.
    But, the weakness of using mobile phone for learning is when the mobile internet are not connected, student can't do anything to solve the problem, and sometimes students use mobile phone besides learning (read: Facebook, SMS their girl/boyfriend) in classroom.

            Technology is so important nowadays. Technology was not always digital things like computer, laptop, cell phone and etc. technology used not only for commercial or daily life. Technology can be used for learning. There are a lot of school or college that used technology for their learning..When I observed on SMAN 61 Jakarta, there are some technology that used in the school. The technology in the school was very useful. The school use ICT based-learning to taught the students. Most of teachers used the technology for their tools to teach in class. The teacher maximize the technology which available in the school and almost every lesson the teachers used the technology ton their students.

            In learning activity, my tutor teacher used LCD projector and Power Point to deliver the material to the class. In class, she's not only used digital technology such as computer, LCD and others digital technology but also, teacher used usual technology such as text book and flip charts to deliver the material.

            The students also use ICT for their independent learning, many of them have laptop to study in the class or independent. They also used their mobile phone and went to library or laboratory to search information about their course. When I observed there in classroom, teacher teach and deliver the material to the students by using power point and text book. So the students felt enjoy and they didn't feel bored to follow the class. Teacher make the class became more effective because she use combination between the power point presentation for share the material and text book assignment session. When I taught in the class, I also used some technology to share my lesson to the students. Me and my group taught them by using computer and text book as the tools that we use to teach. It's made us easily to deliver the content or material.

            But, some of it can't work well. Sometimes I found difficulties to use it because of technical problem. Over all, the use of technology in the school who I had observed was very useful whether it used by the teacher of the student and it can be effective if we can use and applicate it to our students someday. It's inspired me and it also give me some tips how to be a creative teacher.

Nowadays facebook becomes the most popular sites all over the world. every person in Indonesia has facebook account. In facebook, we can share all the things that we feel, we see and we heard. As you know that facebook was founded by Mark Zuckerberg (26) in 2004. The facebook users can create their profile with adding photos, give some personal information, adding new or old friends, updating our status and also you can play some online games in facebook. In facebook, we also can chatting to our friends or foreigner from all over the world.
Facebook not only media for share our opinion or just chat with our friends, facebook can use as educational ways. Facebook can help us to improve our language skills. In facebook we can chat with other people whether they use English, Italian, German, or Indonesian. We can learn other language sfrom facebook, is it interesting right? If you're not brave enough learn other languages by chatting with you friends, you can learn it in your account. You just change your account language from Indonesia to English. That's easy!
So, I can conclude that facebook is the popular sites for us and facebook give us some excess.And facebook not only use for entertain but also can use to develop our language skills.

            Many language teacher certainly has their own teaching methods to teach their students in class. As a teachers candidate, I also have my own teaching skill to teach my students in class. In LTM class with Bu Gum, I’d learn the teahing methods for teacher such as Audio-Lingualism, Community Language Leaning, etc.  I think that the best teaching methods for me is Communicative Language Teaching.

            As you know that  Communicative Language Teaching is the teaching method that using intercative between the teacher and students. I guess that this method is the best for me because I like to interact with others, make a peer work, and make some small interview and I think that will be good when I use this method when I become a teacher. In class I’ll use some interesting activities with my students to develop their english skills. 

 But, I also get some difficulties when I use CLT method, I’m affraid when I find the critical students and he/she give me question that I couldn’t answer it. I wish when I become a teacher, I’ll use CLT method for my students fluently and help my students to improve their language skill. Thank you.
